Edito : our teams and your test trains back in action!

2015 may be over but it is a year that will, sadly, long remain engraved in our memories for the tragic accident at Eckwersheim. After a brief stoppage, our teams and your tests trains are now back in action. In 2016, they will once again be heading off to different continents to partner you and support your projects.

DESCRIPTION

Since the start of the year, the Eurailtest teams have been out in force, in particular performing diagnostics on the urban network in Lyon on behalf of SYTRAL, partnering BOMBARDIER in the latest phase of its REGIO 2N type approval campaign (MOD1L version), carrying out current collection tests under 3 kV with ALSTOM for the Moroccan high-speed train. In this newsletter, we will be giving you a detailed outline of these various interventions and will offer you a short report on the technical seminar held on 22 March on the fire behaviour of railway materials, an event much appreciated by attendees.

In 2016 we shall also be pursuing the various changes in the pipeline announced last year. At the moment, we are busily working on building up our portfolio to offer you an ever better service. The new products will shortly be unveiled in our new catalogue and on our new website.

Last but not least, 2016 will offer numerous meeting opportunities: SmartRail in Amsterdam in April, the Public Transport Exhibition (SITL) in Paris in June and, of course, Innotrans in Berlin in September, a diary “must”. On all these occasions we hope to see you at our stand to talk about your future requirements or, quite simply, share a pleasant moment in your company.

We look forward to seeing you there.
