Discover our new and innovative digital simulation test solutions at InnoTrans

As announced in our previous newsletter, Eurailtest will be out in force at InnoTrans in Berlin, where it will be previewing its new digital simulation services.

Cut-throat competition from emerging countries has forced Europe’s industry to rise the very real challenge of driving down costs and time-to-market for new rolling stock or new line commissioning operations.  Its efforts, which are backed by representative bodies such as FIF, Fer de France and Railenium, are largely directed towards finding ways of simplifying proof of rolling stock or infrastructure compliance. To cater to this challenge and the changing needs of its clients, Eurailtest has taken the logical step of adding digital simulation to its existing test portfolio, using tools developed by the engineering departments of its members. In today’s world, simulation techniques that can be used in a wide variety of fields, for both rolling stock and infrastructure, offer an innovative alternative and timely response to sector demand.

Practical applications: Pantograph/OCL interaction for Bombardier. EMC impact studies on SEA for COSEA and on CNM for OC’VIA.

InnoTrans Trade Fair: 20 to 23 September, Berlin. Eurailtest stand: 518, CityCube B
